The Canadian Canoe Museum's Store is committed to your satisfaction; if your apparel or gear doesn't meet your needs, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our gift shop team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to the Museum

  Send your package to our Peterborough location using a trackable shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
